1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Dar Al Nazafa Services LLC website and the booking of any cleaning service through it. By placing a booking you accept these terms.
2. Services and coverage
We currently provide residential cleaning services in Dubai and Sharjah only. Bookings for locations outside these emirates cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled and refunded in full.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in AED and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Hourly services are charged per hour per professional; package services are charged at the listed package price. Payment is due on completion unless prepaid online.
4. Rescheduling and cancellation
You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations inside 2 hours, or where our crew cannot access the property, may be charged in full.
5. Access, safety and property
You are responsible for providing safe access, running water and electricity. Please secure valuables and fragile items before the visit. Pre-existing damage, wear or staining is not the responsibility of Dar Al Nazafa Services LLC.
6. Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied, report the issue within 48 hours of service completion and we will re-clean the affected area at no cost. Refunds are issued at our discretion where a re-clean is not practical.
7. Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the booking concerned, except where liability cannot be limited under UAE law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
